Cancellation Policy

Reschedules are done on Sunday's only after 12pm. Times and dates are also limited. Reschedules are allowed within 30 days of cancelled appointment or your deposit/payment will be lost. The client (You) will have to keep up with the new date if reschedules. Its not JFSwann Responsibility to remind you of the deadline.
